GLASTONBURY Festival is expanding its offering of women's urinals across its site this year to help cut long queues.
Eight locations offering women's urinals will be provided by PEEQUAL, a Bristol-based company founded by Hazel McShane and Amber Probyn that has served at the past two festivals.
In 2024, PEEQUAL had around 80 urinal units across the festival site in three locations. This year, it will span eight different locations, listed below.

Their "touch-free" toilets are 2.7 times faster to use than other portable toilets and help to get the "90% of women who just need to pee" back to the festival faster.
Last month PEEQUAL’s women’s urinals reduced toilet queues at the London Marathon for the third year running. It partnered with Bristol-based start-up NPK Recovery to recycle 1,000 litres of urine into crop-growing fertiliser.
